Checklist to Ensure Data Transfer

Ensure your CardioMood data syncs properly.
Before Collection
- [ ] Device is fully charged
- [ ] App is updated to latest version
- [ ] Bluetooth is enabled
- [ ] Device is properly paired
During Collection
- [ ] Wear device continuously
- [ ] Keep phone nearby
- [ ] Don't restart phone
- [ ] Keep app in background
After Collection
- [ ] Open app to trigger sync
- [ ] Wait for sync to complete
- [ ] Verify data appears
- [ ] Check cloud sync status
Troubleshooting
If data doesn't appear: 1. Force close and reopen app 2. Toggle Bluetooth off/on 3. Check internet connection 4. Contact support if persists
