How to properly wear your CardioMood for accurate readings.

Correct Positioning

  • Wear on your non-dominant wrist
  • Position 1-2 finger widths above wrist bone
  • Sensors should contact your skin
  • Strap should be snug but comfortable

During Exercise

  • Tighten slightly for high-intensity activities
  • Move higher up the arm if needed
  • Wipe sweat that accumulates

During Sleep

  • Wear as usual for sleep tracking
  • Slightly looser is fine for comfort
  • Ensure it stays in place

Common Mistakes

  • Too loose (inaccurate readings)
  • Too tight (uncomfortable, skin irritation)
  • Over clothing (no skin contact)
