Your recovery score combines: - Overnight HRV - Resting heart rate - Sleep quality - Recent activity levels
Score Interpretation
- **90-100**: Excellent recovery, ready for intense activity
- **70-89**: Good recovery, normal activities
- **50-69**: Moderate recovery, consider easier day
- **Below 50**: Poor recovery, prioritize rest
